Abstract
結 論
1982年부터 1985年까지 4年間 서울大學校 病院 齒科診療部에 來院한 患者의 診療現況을
調査 分析하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1 . 外來患者數는 82年에 비하여 減少하였으며, 入院患者의 實人員은 84年, 85年에 增加하
였다.
2. 一般患者와 醫療保險 및 醫療保護 患者를 比較할때 -般患者가 若于 減少하는 추세이며
의 大略의 比率은 1 : 1 이었다.
3. 季節別 外來患者의 來院 狀況을 보면 여름에 제일 많고 그 다음이 겨울, 봄, 가을의 순
서 이었다.
4. 各科別 外來患者 來院 狀況을 볼때 口腔診斷科, 齒獨科, 保存科는 增加하는 추세이며
齒科放射線科, 口經外科, 補綴科, 矯正科, 小兒齒科는 減少하는 추세 이었다.
5 .診療收入은 每年 增加하였으며, 種類別 收入의 4年 平均率은 一般收入 59.3%, 醫療保險
22.3%, 醫療保讀 0.2%, 特診 18.2% 이었다.
6 . 顎關節 異常 患者의 診療에 必要한 새로운 診療科目이 口腔診斷科, 補綴科에 추가되엾
다.
7 . 大學病院의 特殊性과 專門性을 살리기 위하여 齒科醫院級에서 一般的으로 할 수 있는
診療外에 特殊한 方面에 더욱 치중하여야 하겠다.

To know the present situation and to aid in decision of future policy of Seoul
National University Hospital Dental Part and whole dental field, the author analysed the
treatment state of patients who visited Seoul National University Hospital Dental Part
between 1982 and 1985. The results were as follows.
1. The number of out-patients decreased than that of 1982, but the number of
in-patients in-creased in 1984 and 1985.
2. The approximate proportion of patients without medical insurance and patients with
medical insurance or welfare program was 1 : 1
3. The number of out-patients was the maximum in summer, and followed by winter,
spring and fall.
4. Considering the out-patients visiting state of each department, the number of
out-patients of department of oral diagnosis, periodontology and operative dentistry is
increasing while that of department of oral radiology, oral surgery and pedodontics is
decreasing.
5. The revenue from treatment has increased by years. Mean distribution of revenue
according to the type of patients was as follows.
. Revenue from patients without medical insurance : 59.3%
. Revenue from patients with medical insurance : 22.3%
. Revenue from patients with welfare program : 0.2%
. Revenue from special treatment : 18.2%
6. New treatment items, to treat tempore-mandibular joint disorder patients, were
added to the department of oral diagnosis and prosthodontics.
7. For the speciality ails peculiality of university infirmary, special and academitally
interest-ing fields, that are impossible and hard to be done in the private dental clinics,
must be emphasized.
